Our Story
Recovery On Wheels Outreach Center was born from personal experience and a deep desire to give back. After overcoming addiction in 1989, I recognized the importance of support, community, and accessible resources for those in need. My journey inspired me to create an outreach program dedicated to providing compassion, harm reduction tools, and hope to individuals facing similar struggles.
Today, our organization distributes Narcan, condoms, clean needles, and clothes to people in need, and connects individuals with trusted drug treatment centers. We are committed to reducing harm, fostering recovery, and building a caring, safe environment where every person has the chance to find help and healing.
